Job Description

We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager (f/m/d) - Hybrid, to join our international marketing team at INVERS. We are a fast-growing B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) company, in the shared mobility industry. Together with our customers, we pursue the goal of making shared mobility an affordable and convenient alternative to owning vehicles. Our IoT and connectivity solutions are used worldwide, in over 50 countries by well-established shared mobility operators such as Share Now, Clevershuttle, Miles, Getaround, Flinkster, TIER, Bounce or Emmy and more. You can choose between our two locations to work from, Siegen or Cologne. The position is full-time, permanent and hybrid.   • Together with the content team, you brainstorm on current industry topics
  • You gather feedback, both internally and externally, to generate ideas to increase external engagement


  • You develop the editorial calendar, delegate tasks and ensure deadlines are met
  • You deliver engaging content, on a regular basis for the website, landing pages and blogs
  • You know which platform different kinds of content are best suited to
  • You are in charge of distributing the created content on our diverse channels, using the right tone-of-voice

Analysis & Revision

  • You analyze web traffic metrics using Google Analytics, Data Studio and HubSpot
  • You measure the results of created content and identify room for improvement
  • You implement SEO best practices in existing and newly developed content
  • You edit and proofread content developed by content and PR-Team



  • You are enthusiastic about the topics of mobility, technology and digital innovation
  • You have successfully completed your university degree in Marketing or English Literature or other closely related field, Master’s degree a plus
  • You have min. 2 to 4 years’ experience in content creation and marketing roles
  • You not only enjoy writing, but also have prior professional content creation experience (for blogs, white papers, brochures, etc.) on a native English level
  • Technical content writing experience is advantageous
  • You are experienced with social media marketing, specifically LinkedIn, and LinkedIn ads
  • You are proficient in using Google Analytics, WordPress, Hubspot. SEO experience is a must
  • You are data-driven and highly analytical
  • You are a great team-player and communicator. Good organization, time-, and self-management skills complete your profile
