INVERS Culture

The team at INVERS is growing and we are always on the lookout for the best and the brightest! INVERS is powered by the amazing people who work with us, whether they are in procurement, human resources, or technical support. Take a look at some of our team highlights below.

shared mobility career

Stefanie Jung – Order Management

I started working at INVERS in 2018, after training as an industrial clerk and working in customer service for the past 7 years. My current responsibility in the order management department is to fulfill the product needs of our global customer base. I work with an ERP system to coordinate the availability of products and communicate the delivery time with customers. The challenge here is to meet our customers’ expectations in terms of turnaround time, while also balancing the availability of our supply chain.

When I had my first interview at INVERS, I already felt really comfortable with the company, the team, and the culture it had to offer. I never felt so at-home with a company this fast. I value the work-life balance that INVERS offers, and it is absolutely unique that I can find support from my colleagues in any department and at any level. The team here is full of joy and fun, even on hectic days, and that is why I love working at INVERS.

Dominik Wicke – Support

I came to INVERS after working within the automotive industry. As an electrical engineer, I was drawn to learning more about the technicalities of vehicle hardware products and how software is built around the hardware functionalities. At INVERS, I ensure new customers are supported during their development and startup phase, and help them optimize their workflows.

As a Project Manager, I coordinate customer requests with our development team. Because the INVERS team is constantly growing, sometimes I find that information doesn’t travel fast enough! But that is a good problem to have, and I am always excited to learn more about our product development pipeline.

new mobility careers

Verena Lang – HR

Mobility has always fascinated me. As a child, I was amazed when my grandmother, who I knew lived far away, suddenly showed up at my door. I learned that mobility is what made it possible to explore the region and study in a different city. This interest drew me towards INVERS, where I am the Talent Acquisition Manager and Recruiter.

In this role, I am responsible for identifying the hidden talents of candidates and understanding their personality to see if they fit into our corporate culture. I work closely with colleagues in different departments to make sure we hire the best people to join our team. INVERS offers a supportive environment that encourages open-mindedness and curiosity. I really enjoy working with colleagues who are always willing to share knowledge with each other.
