ABOUT INVERS

At INVERS, we provide integrated hardware and software solutions to mobility service operators. We act as an independent and reliable partner for car-sharing, rental car, and car subscription providers. Our goal: We want to make shared mobility services an affordable and convenient alternative to owning a vehicle. We work in Empowered Product Teams based on Marty Cagan’s model: We develop solutions that create value for both our clients and INVERS. We’re looking for you to join us as a Product Manager at our Netphen or Cologne location as soon as possible - full-time and on a permanent basis. Become part of the INVERS Family. Together, we make carsharing work.

YOUR NEW JOB AT INVERS

  • You are responsible for your product team’s results and ensure that the solutions developed deliver measurable value.

  • You identify the most critical customer challenges related to vehicle telematics integration, validate potential solutions through structured discovery, and use data (e.g., from BigQuery) to make informed decisions.

  • You will regularly conduct customer meetings, discovery calls, and workshops, and work closely with customer-facing teams (Customer Success, Support, Sales) to systematically gather insights.

  • You will work in a Product Trio with Design and the Tech Lead in an area that bridges hardware and software—and develop an understanding of the technical interdependencies without needing to be a developer yourself.

  • Together with your team, you’ll develop a clear vision, build a deep understanding of the shared mobility market, and identify strategic opportunities early on - in close coordination with Product Leadership.

  • You’ll serve as the interface between your team, internal stakeholders, and customers, ensuring a structured exchange of information.

THIS IS YOU

  • You have several years of professional experience in a product-related field—such as product management, project management, or (product) marketing—and are looking to advance into or deepen your expertise in a product management role.

  • You consistently keep the customer and market perspective in mind and insist that solutions are always based on real problems and opportunities—even during implementation, you never lose sight of whether you’re still solving the right problem.

  • You’re a quick learner, get up to speed on complex topics rapidly, and aren’t afraid to ask questions until you truly understand.

  • You are organized, work in a structured manner, and maintain a clear overview and composure even when multiple issues demand your attention simultaneously.

  • You communicate clearly and persuasively in German and English and can engage with technical teams as well as customers and stakeholders on an equal footing.

  • You value personal interaction and are willing to come to Netphen (near Siegen) at least once a week. Otherwise, you have the choice between remote work or the Cologne or Netphen office.
