The County of Ventura opted for two different hardware options to meet the different needs of their various locations. This flexibility allowed them to offer the corporate carsharing across the County, as they weren’t restricted by any barriers on the technology side. As a result, they increased their motor pool operations to over a dozen locations with a range of vehicles like hybrids and EVs.

From the end user side, employees can access the motor pool 24/7 and do not have to worry about paperwork every time. Instead, those administrative details are dealt with by the INVERS system. They minimized overhead costs and reduced the amount of greenhouse gas emitted. All thanks to the INVERS-supported corporate carsharing program.
