We are looking for you, a talented communicator with B2B experience, as a contact person for our top customer accounts.
At INVERS, we offer mobility service providers integrated hardware and software solutions. We act as an independent and reliable partner for providers of car sharing, car hire and car subscriptions. Our aim is to make shared mobility services an affordable and convenient alternative to owning a car. Our customers include companies such as Share Now, Miles, Zity, MyWheels, Getaround, Flinkster and Cambio.
We are looking for a Customer Success Manager (f/m/d) at our location in Netphen or Cologne as soon as possible on a full-time and permanent basis. Become part of the INVERS Family.
YOUR NEW JOB AT INVERS
- You support and maintain relationships with your global, international customers - from start-ups to automotive groups - in all strategic, technological and operational matters
- You support your customers in the further development of their business models and actively look for synergy effects with our software and hardware technology portfolio
- In close cooperation with our Technical Account Managers, you ensure an excellent customer experience and optimal customer support
- You are motivated to contribute to the future of shared mobility and our product portfolio together with your colleagues from Development, Sales and Support
- You have full sales and forecast responsibility and report directly to your team lead
Requirements
THIS IS YOU
- You have professional experience in the B2B sector, ideally in a similar position such as customer success, sales, key account management or project management
- Ideally, you have completed a degree with a focus on technology or economics or a comparable education
- You combine strategic thinking with strong action and negotiation skills
- You are proficient in dealing with complex issues and can derive targeted procedures and decisions
- You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
- You enjoy working with a constantly growing product portfolio in a very dynamic working environment with short innovation cycles
