ABOUT INVERS
At INVERS, we offer mobility service providers integrated hardware and software solutions. We act as an independent and reliable partner for providers of car sharing, car hire and car subscriptions. Our aim is to make shared mobility services an affordable and convenient alternative to owning a car. Our customers include companies such as Share Now, Miles, Zity, MyWheels, Getaround, Flinkster and Cambio.
We are looking for a Working Student Sales Operations (f/m/d) at our location in Netphen or Cologne as soon as possible. Become part of the INVERS Family.
YOUR NEW JOB AT INVERS
- You are responsible for ensuring that all data in our CRM system Hubspot is regularly updated to enable efficient sales tracking
- You update and manage sales documents, offers and contracts with PandaDoc and ensure consistency and accuracy
- You analyze sales processes, optimize them and ensure their successful implementation
- You will be involved in the creation and updating of sales promotion materials (pitches, technical sheets, training videos demos)
Requirements
THIS IS YOU
- You are a registered student in the field of business administration, industrial engineering, marketing, business informatics or a comparable subject area
- You are confident in dealing with data, numbers and KPIs
- You are experienced in the use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- You have a good command of German and very good written and spoken English
- You are enthusiastic about digital tools and interested in optimizing sales processes
