Free floating carsharing allow members to take a vehicle one-way, from point A to point B. Vehicles can be parked anywhere within an operating area, as long as parking rules set by operator are followed.

Station-Based Carsharing

Station-based carsharing typically requires the vehicle to start and end at the same location, though one-way models are possible. Trips are usually extra-urban and planned in advance.

Peer-to-Peer Carsharing

P2P carsharing uses a platform to enable vehicle owners to share their own vehicles to others. In-car technology allows keys to be kept the vehicle, removing the need to manually hand over the vehicle keys.
