Hannah Born, INVERS

Hannah Born – Human Resources

During my studies in business psychology, I was a customer support working student at INVERS’ sister company, LapID. After I graduated, I joined INVERS full-time as an HR Generalist. My responsibilities focus on recruitment and finding suitable candidates for our growing list of open positions. Once a position is filled, I put together the onboarding details to make sure the new employee feels welcome at INVERS starting from their first day.

The open corporate culture at INVERS makes it easy to facilitate a welcoming environment for new employees. Even though I joined the team during a pandemic, I felt comfortable with my colleagues, though I do look forward to meeting more people back in the office!

Christoph Muscher, INVERS

Christoph Müscher – Product Management

I was first introduced to this industry when I was a working student at Enterprise Rent-A-Car seven years ago, and I never imagined it would lead me to finding my home in the shared mobility space. Since then, I have worked on several products for Europcar Mobility Group and am now a Product Manager at INVERS, where I define, conceptualize, and bring to life new software products and features for our customers – helping shape mobility for the better.

At INVERS, everyone’s ideas are welcomed and valued, which encourages people to try new things without being afraid of stumbling sometimes. I’m more excited than ever to be finding and developing new ways for how people travel.

Mohamed Elwan, INVERS

Mohamed Elwan – Software and Firmware Development

I have always been fascinated with German engineering, especially with cars. This interest motivated me to study mechatronics at the German University in Cairo. Before joining INVERS, I was a frontend software developer for a medical software system. Now at INVERS, I get to work directly on shared mobility technology as a backend developer, supporting new telematics integrations or adding new features.

It’s exciting to work in a company that is leading the innovation in shared mobility. Shared mobility is a fascinating space and I am excited to learn more about it. My colleagues are professional and friendly, and I have never felt like an outsider, which is important to me as I am new to Germany. There are always people to provide support and I am truly grateful for that.
